I’m a woman who has found her passion and purpose in bodywork. In 2017 I set out on a personal mission to find my purpose. I had almost finished raising my children and had a 20+ year career in telecommunications by common standards, I was living a successful, productive life, but I knew I had more to do. It started with a yoga practice, and after a remarkably calming meditation, I was inspired to search out a massage school where I once received a session. Since then, I’ve been educated, licensed, racked up hundreds of hours in advance bodywork training, put in many session hours working at a massage clinic, and then finally opened my own business in August of 2020. There is nothing quite like human touch. The bodywork services I provide are designed to heal your aches and pains while simultaneously soothing your soul.

Natasha’s passion for self-care & healing began 15 years ago during a series of acupuncture sessions. She immediately became fascinated with bodywork & slowly became interested in becoming a facilitator of the healing arts. She enrolled, studied, & graduated from The Swedish Institute NYC in April 2011. While in massage school Natasha began her own yoga practice. Yoga added a different level of bodywork & self-care into her life. It allowed her to connect all the anatomy studies with her own body - being able to gain more body awareness, mindfulness & flexibility while also learning practical day-to-day skills to enhance one’s own overall well-being. She was hooked. This lead her to enroll in The Swedish Institute’s first 200hr Yoga Teacher Training program in 2015/16, followed by 30hr Yin Yoga training in April 2018. Then Natasha deepened her studies by becoming a Reiki Level 1&2 practitioner in 2021. Natasha’s massage techniques intuitively & smoothly blend medical, Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point work & shiatsu into most sessions; she also provides fire cupping. Her yoga classes are mind-body awareness-based - a slower-paced mindful vinyasa flow with yin yoga & breathwork sprinkled throughout. Other than bodywork & yoga Natasha loves her plant babies, the beach, hiking, painting, making soap & being with friends & family. While Natasha loves holding space & being a conduit for several healing modalities she strongly encourages clients to be more curious & take charge of their overall health, well-being & mind/body connections.
